Roman Marble Dog Columbarium Panel Circa 1st-2nd Century AD
Depicting a dog wearing a collar, with short ears and incised fur, the tail curling upwards, with two lines of carved Latin text:
"For darling Metilianus, Lucius Novius Aprilis made (this)"
A 22-month-old female scaredy cat tiger appeared to get the shock of her young life when she encountered a dead leaf floating on a pool of water in the Bandhavgarh National Park, India. Clearly unusure about just what was approaching her, the partially submerged youngster’s tail shot up in the air and with teeth bared she let out her most fearsome growl - all in an effort to scare the humble leaf away.

I CAN’T BREATHE
A Whitetail Deer (Odocoileus virginianus) chows down on a rabbit carcass.
Although primarily herbivorous deer will also meat, particularly in times of hardship such as winter when the natural food is harder to come by.
Spalacopus cyanus, one of two species known as Cururo or Coruro, is a rodent endemic to Chile, with large, protruding, curved upper incisor and eyes quite large for a fossorial species.

A slow loris, pole dancing.
They may look cute, but they have a toxic bite, which they apply to their fur to protect themselves from predators.
