Hi people!
Those are Soledonons o Almiqui, venomous mammal that can only be found in Hispaniola Haiti and Dominican Republic) and Cuba.
“Sensemayá: chant to kill a snake” by cuban poet Nicolás Guillen, this the musical interpretation done by the choir of the University of Bucamaranga, Colombia. The lyrics are reiterative and simple and theme and some verses are based on Afro-Cuban chants.
The choreography doesn’t convince me, but the singing is just amazing.
